01.2. I have a good level of English, how can Pronounce® help me?

Pronounce® allows you to improve your English and develop your spontaneity and fluency when speaking English.

If you already have a good level but you are not always comfortable in conversation or if you don’t feel like your language is coming automatically yet, Pronounce® will allow you to speak English more fluently!

01.3. How long does it take to get results?

Pronounce®’s innovative approach allows you to reduce your training time by up to 50%.

We recommend using the headset 15 to 30 minutes per day for optimal efficacy.

01.4. Are there any studies proving the effectiveness of Pronounce®?

Pronounce® is based on the Tomatis method, which has been the subject of several studies, one of which was conducted by the European Union. This study has demonstrated the efficacy of our technology, decreasing the training time by half compared to traditional methods.

While our method was previously restricted to language labs, it has now become available to all, thanks to Pronounce®.

01.5. What is the difference between Pronounce and other language learning & training methods?

We all agree that mastering a language first means being able to speak it. Until now, no solutions (applications, tutorials, platforms, books, …) have succeeded in putting speech at the center of their methods.

01.6. What is Pronounce® ?

Pronounce® is an English fluency development headset. It works as a language coaching program that helps you speak English (45 hour program included and pre-installed in the headset, no additional downloads or fees).

It is the result of combined expertise:

  • Scientifically approved and internationally acclaimed technology based on neuro-sensory stimulation (the Tomatis method)
  • A learning program based on speech and repetition, emphasizing language rhythms and musicality.

Pronounce® gives you the opportunity to progress twice as fast, and most of all to learn to speak English naturally, spontaneously, and easily.


02.1. How to choose between level 1 and level 2?

You will find the same stories in both levels. However, level 2 includes more sophisticated expressions, sentence construction and increased speech rate.

It requires a more advanced level and greater confidence in one’s English speaking skills.

We recommend completing several level 1 modules before considering moving up to level 2.

02.2. How long does a Pronounce training session last?

We recommend following between 1 and 4 modules per day, 5 days per week. Your training sessions can therefore last between 15 minutes (one module) and one hour (4 modules).

02.3. How is a 15 minute training session organized?

Each 15 minute session is called a module and is divided into three parts. The first and last parts consist in listening to real-life dialogs and then repeating longer and longer extracts.

These two parts are separated by a musical interlude. This allows you to relax your attention while sustaining the stimulation.

02.4. What should I do if I don't succeed in repeating words and phrases?

It is absolutely normal to have trouble repeating and retaining words or phrases. The point is to stay focused and attentive. If you are able to repeat most of the phrases in a module, do not hesitate to move onto the following module.

However, if you find it too challenging, you are welcome to repeat a module before moving to the next one.

02.5. How can I know if I am pronouncing correctly?

Our method is based on self-correction: thanks to real-time filtered feedback, you are able to better perceive the sounds and rhythms of English. This enables you to correct your own pronunciation.

02.6. What does "takeaway" mean at the end of the modules?

A takeaway is a recap exercise that wraps up each module. You will be repeating key phrases from the dialogs in a variety of intonations. This will allow you to strengthen your rhythm in a variety of situations.

02.7. What is the optional music program?

Music is a mix of sounds and rhythms, just like language. We have developed an unparalleled musical brain training program that will help you to progressively integrate the rhythm of English.

As a passive sound reception process, the music program is the perfect first step to expose your ears to the English language.

You can start the musical program before starting the training program or in parallel.

02.8. What is the purpose of filtered music?

All language consists of a set of specific rhythms and frequencies just like
music. These rhythms and frequencies make up the fundamental sound substrate of a language.

The goal of filtered music is to help the brain to adapt itself effectively to the prosody of the English language so that you can reproduce this rhythm when you speak.


03.1. What countries do you ship to?

We deliver in over 170 countries. Place your order to find out if your country applies.

03.2. How long will it take to receive my order?

You can expect delivery within 4–5 days via express carrier (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.).

During the current pandemic situation, deliveries can potentially take a couple of extra days to arrive.

03.3. How can I track my order?

Your order will be processed within 24 hours and your package shipped from one of our warehouses located in the U.S., Europe, or Asia.

Once the order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number within two working days. This will allow you to track your package on the courier’s website

04.Orders and Payment

04.1. Can I try Pronounce before buying it?

We do not have a brick-and-mortar shop to test out the product. However, we offer a full 30-day refund if you are not satisfied or for any other reason.

Simply fill out the form on this page and return your item to get your money back.

04.2. What payment options are available?

We only accept payments by credit card.

04.3. Can I pay by bank transfer?

This isn’t possible unless you order more than three Pronounce units. If this is of interest to you, please contact us via the contact page

04.4. Can I pay in installments?

No, unfortunately, we do not offer payment plans.

04.5. I entered an affiliate discount code but I don’t see the discounted price.

You need to enter your discount code then click “Buy Now”. Your total will appear on the following page, including the discount.

04.6. Is your online payment method secure?

Yes, we use Stripe technology to manage our online payments. This solution offers more secure and advanced data encryption technology. We also apply HTTPS protocol (Hyper Text Transfer Protocol Secure) for secure navigation.

04.7. As a professional, can I pay without VAT?

Online payments on our website necessarily include VAT. Please contact us for any specific requests.

04.8. What happens once I've paid?

Once your payment is approved, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email within a few minutes following your order, please check your spam folder. Otherwise, please contact us.

05.Troubleshooting & Warranty

05.1. If I have a technical problem, how does the warranty work?

Simply fill out the return process form and we will help complete your request. We can tell you the nearest address to return the defective device (without the box and accessories). Upon receipt, we’ll send out a replacement headset. Please note the warranty covers 2 years of private use.

05.2. I have broken my headset, how can I repair it?

You may contact us any time through our contact form to receive an estimate for headset repairs or replacements.
